This workshop will specifically focus on stepping patterns, footwork, and leg movements to enhance our overall dance technique. By honing in on these areas, we can improve our balance, grace, and coordination, ultimately elevating the quality of our performances. Emphasizing the lower body will not only add depth to our dancing but also help prevent injuries and improve our overall physical fitness.
