Gala Information for Performers
Thanks for agreeing to dance in this Special Edition of Belly Quarter in November.
We are so excited and this will be spectacular!

Running Order A (First Half)
Running Order B (Second Half)
Please send me: Music, Photo, Bio and some extra info
Send by 11/11/24 but sooner the better so I can create posters/bios etc
Send to ngvicki@hotmail.com
MUSIC
We accept MP3 format only
There's no limit in length, however, up to you to decide whether you can keep the audience's focus. It would be nice to have a longer set with dynamic changes/props. Or a clear Entrance, middle, ending.
However, if it's one style/no change, I suggested to keep to about 5 minutes.
(If you want to do more than one dance, can you message Vicki and ask, there maybe space. A change of style/costume preferred)
Photo
Your photo will feature on our website
(There may be a poster depending on my graphic design skill 😂)
Bio
Few words about yourself and your dance journey. If you find that difficult, you can give me some info about yourself and I can write something for you. For examples see Programme on the BellyQuarter.com page and you can see past perfomer's bio.
Other Info

Colour of costume(if you know), or if you know what colour you want the background to be. There's option of Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow or White. (I can't promise, but will try my best as I need to work this out on the day)

Props (if any)
About the dance
Few words about the dance if you can. I am not sure whether I will announce it on stage or, but I will definitely put this in the programme.

They do not have a changing room.

See floor plan below for an idea.
Seating plan: I plan to have a middle aisle. For groups you are free to utilise that space.

Other info
This edition of Belly Quarter is likely to make a loss. So if you would like BQ to continue, best way to keep supporting it is try to come to the Sonia workshops or tell your friends about it. I wish to continue with this project to provide a safe space for bellydancers to improve and learn.
If you want to help, you are free to paypal me (vmicki@hotmail.com) any amount . I also accept hugs, chocolates, good vibes and good/bad jokes.
Random info: I have a lot of Body Shop handcream (coconut) which was in the old packaging (the company was throwing them away but I saved them). So will bring it with me and you are free to take loadsss or all if you want.
