Thanks for your interest to dance in our Summer Gala. We are so excited and this will be spectacular! We have special guest star Maggie Wong coming all the way from Hong Kong!!!

The St Marylebone School Theatre has a beautiful massive stage, with a classroom for us to use for changing facilities. If you are doing the workshop, the studio is within the complex.

All performers will need to buy an admission ticket. (You can sit in the audience when you are not performing) Tickets are £10+fees before 1st July and £15+fees afterwards (Through Eventbrite). All individual members of a group will require a ticket. Your performance slot is only guaranteed if you paid.

We accept MP3 format only

There's no limit in length, however, up to you to decide whether you can keep the audience's focus. It would be nice to have a longer set with dynamic changes/props. Or a clear Entrance, middle, ending.

Assuming everyone is just doing one dance. There's the option to do another dance style for the Talent Part of the show.

I am bringing back the ever popular "Talent Show" so you are welcome to showcase another talent outside of bellydance. We will have a keyboard if you want to showcase that. (Vicki is doing a duet piano duet with Fyra) We now have flamenco, piano and burlesque in the programme, we are open to other talents.

However I still suggest you come with full make up so the backstage will just be a change of costume as it might be crowded

No alcohol can be consumed in the premise though.

The studio is booked from 1pm -4pm (Workshop 1-3pm)

The theatre is booked from 4pm to 10pm

Show is scheduled to start from 6pm. I don't know how long the show will last, I think latest about 9pm

Doors open for audience 5:30pm

There's no videographer or photographers planned. If you have friends who are interested in taking photos let us know. In past editions we have photographer enthusiasts take photos for fun for free for us.
